Erin Cao, former Admissions Officer at Columbia University, managed territories in Canada, China, and Florida, evaluating thousands of applications for Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Now, she leverages her expertise to assist students with college applications. With over 4 years of experience, Erin has helped students gain admission to prestigious universities like Harvard, Columbia, UPenn, and more.

Believing in the uniqueness of each student's narrative, Erin enjoys engaging in exploratory conversations about their academic and extracurricular interests, identities, and experiences. Her goal is to help students showcase their best selves in their applications by crafting compelling narratives.

Erin earned her B.A. in Art History with a concentration in East Asian Studies from Columbia University, where she was actively involved in the Admissions Office as a student interviewer and tour guide. She also contributed to the university's community by founding CFLAN, Columbia's first alumni network supporting former first-generation and low-income students.

Pursued A-Levels at a UK boarding school and completed a Bachelor’s in Psychology at a top 25 UK university, University of East Anglia. Lam has supported over 60 students, with impressive admissions result to top US & UK universities such as, Cambridge, UPenn, Berkeley, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon, LSE, Imperial and more!

Originally from Brazil, Ivo Lima brings extensive experience to education. With degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Chicago, he started his career on Wall Street at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Leading BRASA, he helped hundreds of students gain admission to top universities. A Stanford 2+2 MBA and Master’s in Education graduate, Ivo joined Indigo's leadership team to expand global student impact.
