Elham S.

Dr. Elham S. is a research economist with expertise in macroeconomics and international finance. She was born and raised in Iran, obtained her Ph.D. from Sheffield University in the UK, and was a research fellow through a joint program between the Institute for New Economic Thinking and Columbia University before working as an economist at the Milken Institute between 2016 and 2018. For the past year, she has worked as a Lecturer in Economics at UCLA. She has also taught at Columbia and the University of Sheffield.
