Carlos De la Rosa X. holds a JSD and LLM degree from Yale Law School. During 2016-2017, Carlos was a Fulbright-García Robles Scholar. Carlos studied at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where he earned his LLB degree in 2014. Currently, Carlos is Head of Academic Programs at the Federal School for Judicial Training in Mexico. Previously, he worked as a researcher at the Center for Constitutional Studies of the Mexican Supreme Court. He also worked as a researcher at Mexico Evalúa A.C and at Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo in Mexico City.
